Horse Boarding

We provide pasture and stall space on the grounds for boarders. We currently have one indoor arena, outdoor arena and round pin for use. The Fairgrounds is surrounded by many beach and mountain trails to explore. This is a self care boarding facility. Please contact our Boarding Facilitator for more information.

 Proud Sponsors of the

Alaska High School Rodeo Team

The Alaska Highschool and Jr Highschool Rodeo Team is an affiliate of the National High School Rodeo Association. Members from around the state compete in rodeos throughout the summer all across our state, including Kodiak island. Points are acquired depending on placing at each rodeo. State finals occur in September to determine who moves on to the national competition the following June. Don’t have a horse or trailer? No problem, check out the AKHSRA website https://www.alaskahsra.com/ to learn about shooting sports and rough stock events that don’t require horsepower! The organization has so many opportunities at both the state and national levels and multiple kids from Kodiak have been a part of it! Reach out for more info!
